Publisher ad stacks fail in unglamorous ways: a misbehaving adapter, a timeout set wrong, a Prebid Server bill that quietly eats the header-bidding uplift. We do the engineering that keeps publisher revenue infrastructure fast, debuggable, and cheap to run, and we build the agentic layer that automates what AdOps does by hand today.
Prebid setup and adapter development
Most Prebid problems are configuration and integration problems. We handle setup end to end: wrapper configuration, bidder timeouts, consent and identity module wiring, and floor strategy plumbing.
We also develop custom Prebid adapters and extensions, and debug the integrations that misbehave in production. A bidder that silently drops out of auctions or an analytics adapter that skews measurement costs real revenue, and the fix usually lives at the request-schema level, not in the dashboard. This is the same work we bring to our broader Prebid and Trusted Server practice.
Your own Prebid Server on AWS
Running your own Prebid Server means owning timeouts, bidder configuration, and the raw auction logs you need when numbers don't reconcile. We deploy Prebid Server on AWS behind CloudFront with autoscaling tuned to your traffic curve, so capacity follows auctions instead of running hot around the clock.
Cost control is part of the architecture, not an afterthought. Every server-side auction fans out to multiple demand partners, so instance right-sizing, scaling policy, and egress design decide whether the server pays for itself. We size deployments against the header-bidding uplift they generate.
Trusted Server: first-party serving at the edge
Trusted Server is an open-source publisher-side ad execution environment on Fastly Compute. The browser makes only clean first-party requests to your domain; Trusted Server runs the auction path server-side through Prebid Server on AWS, then rewrites every third-party URL in the winning bid (creatives, pixels, click trackers, win notifications) to first-party proxy paths you control. The result is ad-blocker resilience, no data leaking from the page, and the publisher deciding what runs. Agentic reporting and inventory management
Reporting and inventory upkeep are the most automatable jobs in a publisher's operation. We build agents that query your warehouse and ad server APIs, reconcile discrepancies, and handle inventory workflows, with humans reviewing exceptions instead of compiling spreadsheets.
For the reporting half, Arctus, our whitelabel agentic reporting product, integrates with your data warehouse and runs alongside any custom agent we build for your management workflows. Looking ahead, we run seller-agent readiness audits: an analysis of your ad server and Prebid setup against AdCP and AAMP as part of our seller agent practice, so you know exactly what a seller agent integration requires before buyers start expecting one. We have operated ad infrastructure at volumes that stress-test every design decision.
For one adtech client we built a data pipeline processing 400M+ daily header-bidding events on ECS autoscaling, Glue, and Redshift, with near-realtime aggregation. For Spearad we ran multi-region CTV/OTT ad-insertion infrastructure where infrastructure-as-code lets additional regions go live within days. For an SSP we built a forecasting engine combining statistical models and DeepAR neural networks, giving AdOps campaign-spend predictions from historical data. The same data engineering practice backs the reporting agents we build.
