  2. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest pursued by the controller, consisting in handling correspondence and responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. Your data shall be storage for the time mandatory to provide answer(s) to the given question(s). Afterwards, it shall be deleted.
  4. You have access to your data and you can rectify them, delete them, confine the scope of processing and object the processing.
  5. You have a right to submit a complain to the President of the Data Protection office.
  6. You data shall be transferred to the third parties which process data by the order of the Controller (e.g. IT companies).
  7. You data may be transferred to the third country (USA) due to transfer of data to the parties which process data by order of the Controller (e.g. IT companies). Your data shall be protected properly due to the fact that European Commission confirmed the relevant standard of protection in COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
