Harmonyze, a legal and compliance automation software vendor, sought to reduce the legal and operational burden for enterprise clients in relation to customer success, operations and sales. These clients faced inefficiencies and increased risks due to issues accessing key business data. Harmonyze aimed to automate tasks relating to contract operations, compliance and diligence all while seamlessly integrating with existing systems.
Solution
We implemented an AI-driven solution for Harmonyze that integrated with clients' systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness. The solution included AI- driven data extraction, contract decomposition, document comparison, and a chat feature for natural language queries. We introduced a playbook for standardized contract reviews and used Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG and large language models LLMs) for accurate query responses and detailed contract analysis.
